Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a very sophisticated
grappling (predominantly) art that employs technique, leverage and body
movement at its core, enabling the practioner to control and submit (Joint Lock
/ Strangle) much larger opponents, instead of using strength and power. It is
suited for people of all body types and is a great way to defend yourself and
get fit.

HOW
OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?
We recommend a minimum of twice a week, if
you wish to progress fairly quickly. Obviously the more you train, the faster
you should improve.
