The Founder of Dimensional Stunt School

Sensei Ndlovu has been a professional South African Stuntman and Stunt Coordinator for over 15 years. To date Sensei has  worked in over  64 film productions, including features, Television series and  commercials as an Actor, Stunt Performer, Dance and fight Choreographer, Stunt Coordinator , He has appeared in a multitude of blockbuster movies such as “Lord of War” (featuring Nicolas Cage), “King Solomon’s Mines” (with Patrick Swayze), “Forgiveness” (with Arnold Vosloo), “Boesman and Lena” (Danny Glover and Angela Bassett), “Pirates of the Plains” (Tim Curry), “The Diamond Hunters” (Sean Patrick Flannery), “The Piano Player” (Christopher Lambert and Dennis Hopper), “Backstage” and “The Professionals C15”, a British Drama series. The other work includes “Goodbye Bafana” – Based on the memoirs of Nelson Mandela's prison guard featuring Dennis Haysbert.  “Spoon” (a look at the effects of crime on the people of South Africa), produced by Anant Singh.

Our experienced facilitators has over 2 decades combined experience teaching Safety & Teamwork around stunts, Stunt acting /performing & Special effects, On-set behaviour and etiquette, Falls, tumbles & landings, Fights - traditional, martial arts & groups, Weapons - blades, clubs &other, Firearms, explosives & burns, Climbing & abseiling .

The NQF level 4 Foundation Stunt Training Course.

 This is a 3-months (12weeks) full time course consisting of 6 Unit standards, each containing several components appropriate to the needs of the Stunt and the Film Industry. Covering knowledge (theory) and skill (practical) aspects of the Stunt business.

The NQF level 4 Foundation Stunt Training Course is the most comprehensive stunt training course available

THE FOLLOWING REGISTERED UNIT STANDARDS ARE PART OF COURSE:

Ø      Perform stunts for film, television, video and live events 

Ø      Demonstrate understanding of the implementation of occupational health, safety and environmental legislation in the work place 

Ø      Select areas of specialisation in film, television and video production 

Ø      Work as a project team member 

Ø      Prioritise time and work for self and team (new)

Ø      Negotiate an agreement or deal in an authentic work situation
